Bave Design Studio is a web design company specializing in WordPress and Shopify design. They are currently hiring for three full-time positions in Lagos, Nigeria: Warehouse Personnel, Inventory Manager, and ERP Implementation Specialist. These roles support their retail, wholesale, and online sales operations for a skincare and beauty brand. • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) required • Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria • Warehouse Personnel: Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred • Warehouse Personnel: Must be physically fit and capable of handling stock • Inventory Manager: At least 5 years of inventory and warehouse management experience • Inventory Manager: At least 2 years leading a team • Inventory Manager: Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce (skincare, cosmetics, pharmacy or FMCG preferred) • Inventory Manager: Strong practical knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable) • Inventory Manager: Experience managing stock across multiple locations or sales channels • Inventory Manager: Strong understanding of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, stocktakes, replenishment and loss prevention • Inventory Manager: Experience managing batch numbers, expiry dates and product traceability • Inventory Manager: Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions • Inventory Manager: Ability to supervise staff and enforce procedures • ERP Implementation Specialist: Available to visit client offices within Lagos and travel outside Lagos when required
