• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, English or related discipline (for Editorial Reporter) • 2–3 years' experience in journalism or media reporting (for Editorial Reporter) • Excellent writing, communication and interviewing skills • Strong research, analytical and investigative abilities • Good understanding of current affairs and media ethics • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in digital media and online research • Confidence, creativity, integrity and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (for Media Marketing Executive) • 3–5 years' work experience (for Media Marketing Executive) • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in media or advertising industry • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content promotion • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns • Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing software • Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment • Flexibility to work on different projects simultaneously
