Proforce is currently recruiting skilled technical staff for multiple full-time engineering and manufacturing positions, including Welders, Panel Beaters, Auto-Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Painters, and AC Technicians. • Must have 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in the field • Education qualification of SSCE (Secondary School), Vocational, OND, HND, or B.Sc. (requirements vary by position) • For Welder: NABTEB, Trade Test Class 1, OND, or HND/B.Sc. in Welding Engineering, Fabrication Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy; professional welding certification (AWS, CWB) is an advantage • For Panel Beater: NABTEB, Trade Test Class 1, OND, or HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Automotive Engineering, or related technical discipline • For Auto-Mechanic: relevant technical qualification or vocational training • Technical skills specific to each role (welding techniques, metalworking, mechanical systems, etc.) • Strong commitment to workshop safety and PPE compliance
