• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or a related quantitative discipline • Minimum 15 years' experience in financial services • At least 10 years' experience in asset management, investment banking, capital markets or a related field • Minimum 5 years' experience in an executive or senior management position • Proven track record of growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and delivering sustainable profitability • Relevant professional certification, preferably CFA, ACA/ACCA or CIS • MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
