• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, sales, or related commercial role • BA/BSc/HND qualification • Proven experience identifying, developing, and securing B2B partnerships or corporate accounts • Demonstrable experience generating revenue through business development, strategic partnerships, or offline marketing • Strong networking, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills • Experience engaging decision-makers in corporate organisations and converting opportunities into commercial agreements • Ability to develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals • Strong commercial awareness to identify repeat business opportunities • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or tools to manage leads and track sales pipelines • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a growing business environment
