• Previous experience in FMCG merchandising, sales, field sales, or related roles is an advantage • Good knowledge of the assigned location • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field • Ability to meet and exceed sales volume targets • Must be organised, proactive, and results-oriented • Must reside within or have easy access to the assigned location
