• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Experience in a commercial bank or mortgage bank preferred • Proven experience in residential property financing and mortgage transactions • Strong analytical and financial assessment skills • Strong communication and report-writing skills • Excellent attention to detail • Knowledge of mortgage lending processes
