• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in operations and business development • Preferred: background in telemedicine, health-tech, digital health, HMOs, or hospital administration • Preferred: postgraduate degree or project/healthcare management certifications • Proven track record in B2B sales and contract negotiation • Experience in proposal development, budget oversight, and client relationship management • Strong operational planning and multidisciplinary team management skills • Commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills
