Plumber

Wellspring College, a model school in Lagos founded by experienced academics and administrators, is seeking a full-time Plumber to manage the institution's plumbing systems. The role involves installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plumbing infrastructure to ensure safe and functional water supply and sanitation across the college's facilities. The Plumber will respond to emergencies, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all plumbing facilities in toilets, bathrooms, hostels, kitchens, and laboratories remain in excellent working condition. • Trade Test Certificate, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing • Relevant vocational training or certification • Minimum 5 years practical plumbing experience, preferably in a school, hospital, hotel, or large facility • Strong technical plumbing knowledge • Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently • Knowledge of water distribution and drainage systems • Good problem-solving skills • Basic record-keeping and reporting skills • Ability to read plumbing layouts and simple technical drawings • Good communication and teamwork skills • Time management and ability to prioritise urgent repairs • Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance tasks
