• Minimum of 8 years internal audit experience in high-growth organizations • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or HND from a reputable, recognized institution, preferably business-related • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA (added advantage) • Membership to relevant professional bodies e.g. ICPAK, IIA • Experience in payments services sector (added advantage) • Knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
