• At least 5 years' sourcing experience in manufacturing, factory or heavy industrial environment • Strong supplier negotiation, cost analysis and procurement management skills • Practical experience using ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel • Ability to interpret bills of materials, technical specifications and drawings, and assess total cost of ownership • Knowledge of international freight, Incoterms and import processes • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations or Business Administration
