• Minimum 6 years of technical or engineering leadership experience in telecommunications, energy, or related industries • Strong expertise and hands-on experience with energy and solar systems • Solar installation and maintenance skills • Electrical design, installation and maintenance skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with data analysis tools and MS Office suite • Strong commitment to safety and HSE compliance • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
