Sales Associate

Smartmark Limited is recruiting a Sales Associate for full-time work in a retail fashion environment in Lagos, Nigeria. The position runs 8am to 5pm and offers the chance to join a premium/luxury fashion retail company. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, promoting products and maintaining high store presentation standards while supporting daily retail operations. • Minimum OND qualification in any relevant discipline • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, customer service or a related customer-facing role • Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and demonstrable sales potential may be considered • English language proficiency • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills • Basic numeracy and computer literacy; POS system familiarity is an advantage • Good product presentation, selling, upselling and cross-selling skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Located in Nigeria • Additional training in sales, customer service, fashion merchandising or retail management is an advantage • Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty, lifestyle or luxury retail is preferred • Previous experience using POS systems is an advantage
