• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, fintech, or related financial services institution • Knowledge of deposit mobilization, account opening, loan products, customer acquisition, and cross-selling financial services • Proven ability to meet sales targets, generate leads, acquire customers, and grow a customer portfolio • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with field prospecting, client visits, and business development activities
