• 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, fintech, banking, FX, payments, or related financial services field • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing corporate clients, HNIs, SMEs, or high-value client relationships • Strong ability to generate leads, book meetings, run polished client conversations, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate, and close deals • Experience selling financial products, payment solutions, FX services, banking products, or B2B services to decision-makers • Strong understanding of FX, international payments, cross-border transactions, client onboarding, and transaction execution • Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently, including founders, business owners, finance managers, CFOs, and corporate decision-makers
