• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or relevant discipline • Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Personal Care industry • Previous experience in Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, or similar senior commercial position • Strong knowledge of Personal Care products including skincare, body lotions, soaps, deodorants, haircare, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products • Demonstrated track record of achieving significant sales growth and expanding market share in FMCG sector • Extensive experience managing distributors, wholesalers, modern trade, general trade, and key accounts • Strong understanding of distribution management, territory development, and route-to-market strategies • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate large sales teams • Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and revenue management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales performance management tools • Willingness to travel frequently for business development and market supervision
