The Restored Heart Foundation (RHF) is a non-governmental organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, that works to improve equitable access to healthcare, education, and empowerment for women and youth across Nigeria and Africa. The Foundation seeks a Senior Associate for Fundraising and Partnerships to strengthen its resource mobilization efforts and ensure long-term financial sustainability. The role is full-time on a contract basis, subject to renewal based on performance. • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) • 5 to 7 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, resource mobilization, or business development • Demonstrated track record of developing successful funding proposals or securing grants • Strong research, writing, communication, budgeting, and organizational skills • Knowledge of local and international funding opportunities and donor requirements • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work system, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a small team • CV and cover letter in one PDF document (not more than four pages)
