Site Coordinator – Woodwork & Interior Fit-Out

• BA/BSc/HND degree • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Wood Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in luxury woodwork, bespoke joinery, or interior fit-out projects • Proven experience coordinating or supervising custom kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, TV units, bathroom vanities, custom cabinets, office joinery, reception counters, and wall cladding • Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, finishing, and installation processes • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, production drawings, and technical specifications • Good understanding of construction sequencing and coordination with MEP and civil works • Knowledge of site measurement, setting out, project scheduling, material planning, quality control, and snag management • Familiarity with wood materials and finishes including veneers, laminates, HPL, MDF, plywood, and relevant hardware • Knowledge of kitchen accessories and fittings brands such as Blum, Hettich, Hafele, Grass, or equivalents • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing site priorities
