Social Media Manager

Bergstein Hospital, located in Ikorodu, Lagos, is recruiting a Social Media Manager to strengthen its online presence and build relationships with patients and the community. The role is full-time and based in Ikorodu. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute the hospital's social media strategy across multiple platforms, create engaging healthcare-related content, manage advertising campaigns, monitor analytics, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and patient confidentiality. • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field • At least 2 years of relevant social media management or digital marketing experience • Proven ability to create engaging social media content and grow online audiences • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut • Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and paid advertising platforms • Excellent writing, communication, creativity, and organisational skills • Basic knowledge of social media analytics, campaign optimisation, and digital marketing strategies • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns • Experience in healthcare or service-based organisations is an added advantage • Portfolio or links to previously managed social media accounts is an advantage
