Solutions Consultant

Kon-X Group is recruiting a Solutions Consultant to join their Consulting & Strategy team in Lagos, Nigeria. The role is full-time (8 to 5, Monday to Friday) and focuses on understanding customer problems and selling practical solutions across Building Materials, Energy, Construction and Real Estate. The consultant will manage the complete customer journey from initial discovery through proposal, award, installation and handover, working with developers, contractors, consultants, property owners and corporate clients. • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic, mechanical or civil engineering, building services, energy, construction technology, quantity surveying or closely related technical discipline • 2+ years of experience applying technical knowledge in B2B solution sales, specification sales or customer-facing project delivery • Evidence of diagnosing customer needs, developing technical proposals and progressing opportunities through award or delivery • Ability to read drawings, BOQs, product datasheets and system specifications and translate them into customer proposals • Experience conducting site visits, coordinating technicians or installers, and working with specialists to resolve delivery issues • Experience preparing technical-commercial quotations, presentations or tenders with sound pricing and margin judgment • Practical CRM and pipeline management skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Clear technical communication, customer-facing confidence and judgment about when specialist design, safety or commercial approval is required • English language proficiency • Based in Nigeria
