• HND, B.Sc., or B.Ed in any technical discipline • Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience in welding/fabrication or industrial painting/blasting/surface preparation • Professional or technical certifications in welding (for Welding Instructor) or painting/blasting (for Painting & Blasting Instructor) • Strong practical knowledge and experience in relevant industrial operations • Demonstrable experience working in industrial, oil and gas, marine, construction, or related environments • Previous experience as a trainer or instructor (required for Welding Instructor, advantageous for Painting & Blasting Instructor) • Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical, easy-to-understand training • Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and assessment skills • Good understanding of workplace safety and relevant hazards • CV must be submitted
