The FirstRand Oxford Blavatnik School of Government Scholarship 2027/2028 is a fully funded postgraduate programme offered through a five-year partnership between FirstRand Empowerment Foundation (FREF) and Wadham College at the University of Oxford. The scholarship enables one outstanding South African student per year to pursue a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government. The programme is designed for candidates who want to deepen their understanding of public policy challenges and develop into effective leaders and changemakers in South Africa.
