Kenya Power is offering a three-month Industrial Attachment Programme from January to March 2027 for continuing students at accredited learning institutions. The programme is part of the Government of Kenya's commitment to youth empowerment and aims to provide practical work experience and develop employability skills. Students will gain hands-on experience across various departments within Kenya Power and apply their academic knowledge in a professional industry setting. • Be a continuing student pursuing a Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate at an accredited learning institution • Pursue an eligible field (technical or non-technical programmes for Bachelor's and Diploma; Electrical and Electronics Engineering Power Option, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Building and Civil Engineering, or Plumbing for Craft Certificates) • Be available full-time for the entire three-month attachment period • Possess a valid introduction letter from your learning institution • Have valid personal accident insurance covering the entire attachment period • ICT-related course students are not eligible for this intake
