Early Careers: Health and Benefits Internship (Summer 2027) - Calgary

WTW (Willis Towers Watson) is recruiting a Health and Benefits Intern for Summer 2027 in Calgary, Alberta. The internship is a full-time, contract position in the Health and Benefits business, which helps employers manage health plan costs, improve health outcomes, and deliver employee engagement solutions. Interns will work with strategic consultants, actuaries, and analysts on real client assignments involving plan management, actuarial work, vendor analysis, and compliance strategies. • Progress towards a Bachelor's degree in risk management, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or another major with significant quantitative coursework • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 • Work experience demonstrating strong technical and client service skills (analyst or client service internship preferred) • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Expected to graduate with a Bachelor's degree between August 2027 and June 2028 • Must submit CV/resume and official or unofficial transcript in one PDF with application • Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
